Tea in the Algerian

Ingredients : 
- 3 tsp. black tea 
- 1 tsp. minced Tarhunah 
- 1 / 4 tsp. cinnamon 
- 1 / 4 tsp. shredded lemon peel 
- 1 / 2 lemon 
- Sugar to taste 
Preparation :
Porcelain teapot pour over boiling water, put tea, tarragon, cinnamon, lemon zest, pour boiling water for 1 / 3 volume, cover with tea towel and leave for 10 minutes. 
Then fill with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then strain. 
Pour tea leaves in a bowl, dilute with hot water. 
In each bowl put sugar and lemon circle.
