Carrot Tea

Ingredients: 
- 500 g carrots 
- 80 g sugar 
- 1 clove bud 
- 1 / 2 lemon 
- Cinnamon on the tip of a knife 
Preparation: 
Carrots cut into small cubes, cover with boiling water, add sugar, cloves, cinnamon, lemon peel and cook on low heat. 
Broth strain, bring to a boil, add lemon juice, remove from heat, cool, pour into bowls and serve.
