Citrus Drink

Ingredients:
16 limes (or lemons)
125 g sugar
about 1.5 liters of cold carbonated mineral water
chipped ice feeding
Preparation:
Grind to fine grated zest 2 limes (or lemons) and throw in a large jug. Squeeze the juice of 12 limes (only need about 450 ml of juice). Vsypte sugar and stir.
Cut the remaining lime juice 2 thin circles, put in a jug, add more crushed ice. Pour chilled mineral water and mix thoroughly.

If you plan to submit this drink at a festive table, make sure you decorate the glasses sweet with frost. Dip edge of glasses in a lightly whipped white, then dip into sugar. Lightly scroll through the glass, so sweet crystals stick better.
