Hot chocolate

Ingredients: 
100 g dark chocolate 
250 ml of milk or cream (10%); 
1.2 tbsp water 
sugar and whipped cream - to taste 
Preparation: 
Chocolate break into pieces and set afloat on a water bath. 
By melting the chocolate, add 1.2 tbsp water and stir until smooth. 
In a separate saucepan, bring to boil milk (or cream) and pour in a thin stream of chocolate, stirring constantly with a fork. 
Then gently shake up hot chocolate for a few minutes. 

Ready to pour hot chocolate into cups and serve. At the request of the chocolate you can add a little sugar and whipped cream.
