Beet juice

1-2 large beets clean and grate, juice squeeze, and otzhimki pour hot water and boil 15 minutes. 

1-2 large beets clean and grate, juice squeeze, and otzhimki pour hot water and boil 15 minutes. Strain, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar, juice of one lemon, and squeezed beet juice, stir, serve chilled. 

If cooking juice for future use, you must also bring juice to a boil and cool.
