Peter kvass

At 800 g of rye crackers - 4 liters of water, 200 g of yeast, 100 g of honey and horseradish.

Prepare like kvass to the formation of foam. Strain, then gently heated, lay in it grated horseradish and honey. All mix well and pour into bottles, putting back in every 2-4 raisins and a pinch of washed millet. Bottles, bottle up and store in a horizontal position. Kvas ready in 2 days.
