Kvass strawberry and raspberry

1 kg of berries - 8-10 liters of water, 800 g sugar, 30 g of yeast.

Washed crushed berries, pour boiling water and cover with a lid. After 12 hours of strain, add sugar, citric acid to taste and yeast. Stir well, cover with dish towel and leave for 12 hours in a warm place. Kvas ready. Keep bottles in a cool place.
