Strawberry kvass

At 0.5 kg of berries - 1,5 l of water, 8 teaspoons of sugar, 2 g of citric acid, 2 tbsp. honey.

Ripe, washed strawberries to put in an enamel bowl, add water, heat to boiling, then remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Then strain broth, add the honey, sugar, citric acid, stir, and a second filter and bottle. In each set with 3-5 raisins. The bottles are filled at 7-10 cm below the bottle, cork tightly and put in a cool place for 7 - 10 days.
