Fruit cocktail

Beat 2 egg yolks in a dense homogeneous mass by adding a little salt. 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and ½ cup of fruit juice .

Beat 2 egg yolks in a dense homogeneous mass by adding a little salt. 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and ½ cup of fruit juice (preferably bright). Mix well, pour 2 glasses of cold milk and ½ cup of cold boiled water. Pour into glasses and top can be decorated with chopped nuts, berries, fruit.
