Ingredients:
- 4 tsp. ground coffee
- 4 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. infusions of rose petals
- 1 / 4 tsp. cinnamon
- Ground ginger on the tip of a knife
Preparation :
Coffee pour in Turku and add powdered sugar.
Carefully grind coffee with powdered sugar, pour cold water, without adding 2 cm to the edge of the Turks.
While stirring, heat over low heat until the formation of boiling foam, then pour the infusion of rose petals, add cinnamon, ginger, remove from heat and stir a few times a Turk, to the foam down.
Served hot in coffee cups.
