Berry fruit drinks

Ingredients: 
For Morse of blueberries: 
150 g blueberries 
150 g sugar 
1 liter of water 
For the Morse red currant: 
150 g red currants 
150 g sugar 
1 liter of water 
Preparation: 
of blueberries 
Berries bust, rinse thoroughly, lay out on paper towels and let them dry off. Pour blueberries in a sieve and rub, collecting the juice in a bowl. The remaining pulp is wrapped in several layers of cheesecloth and squeeze out juice. 
Put pulp in a saucepan, pour hot water, put on a strong fire and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook for 10 minutes. Broth strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. 
Add to hot broth of sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Let cool, pour the juice is squeezed. Before serving you can dilute the juice with mineral water to taste. If necessary, add sugar. 
Red Currant 
Berries Currant removed from twigs, to sort, wash and let dry off. In a wide saucepan, boil the water. Currants put in a colander and opus tit in a pot so that the berries were covered with water. Without removing the pan from the heat, heat the berries for 2 min. 
Warmed berries knead and rub through a colander with a wooden spoon or a pestle. 
Add broth berry sugar, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let it brew for 1-2 h.
