Kvass currant

1 kg of berries - 8-10 liters of water, 800 g sugar, 30 g of yeast.

Washed currants wipe, boil and strain the juice. Top up in a cold boiled water with sugar, mix well together with the yeast and leave overnight in the warmth. The next day, pour into bottles, blocked the dense and adding a few raisins. Store in a cool place in a horizontal position.
