Cherry kvass

For 1 liter of the finished broth - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 10 g yeast and 10-15 snaps.

Washed fresh cherries with pits to put in an enamel bowl, cover with water (1 part berries - 2 parts water) and boil until then, until the liquid becomes dark red and thickens. Hot broth strain, pour into a saucepan, add sugar, yeast, raisins and leave to ferment. After fermentation kvass, its strain, pour into bottles and store in a cool place.
