Vermouth Wine

Vermouth - a blended dessert wine, flavored with the extract from various herbs. To prepare it at home is convenient to procure wine materials separately and mix them after removing suosla from yeast as described for the preparation of blended wines. Vermouth is white and red, depending on its constituent of wine. Vermouth wine materials for preparing the scheme provided for dessert wine. 

Vermouth red 

Ingredients: 

cranberry wine material - 3 l 

blueberry wine material - 7 l 

honey - 1 liter 

infusion of herbs - 1 tsp 


Vermouth white 

Composition: 

apple wine material - 8 l 

material rowan wild - 2 l 

Honey - 0,8 l 

infusion of herbs - 1 tsp 

After blending vermouth poured into the container to the floorboards, high neck, sealed by and survive. After 3 weeks ready vermouth in the usual way bottled. 

Preparation of fragrant infusion for vermouth. Infusion of herbs is prepared on the vodka. At 250 grams of vodka, add 4 g of yarrow, 3 - cinnamon, 3 - mint, 1 - nutmeg, 2 - cardamom, 1 g of saffron and 3 g of wormwood. You can use a different composition of herbs - from thyme, Bogorodsky grass roots violets, fragrant Minnick, wormwood. Herbs are crushed and placed in a bottle of vodka and give the present to the continuation of 1 week, shaking the bottle every day
