Recipes Fermented beverages

Foam drink with yogurt 
In milk, honey is dissolved, add orange juice and crushed grated zest of an orange. Add yogurt. All fluff to foam structure and cooled. For 1 serving: milk - 1 cup honey - 1 tablespoon, oranges - 2 pcs., Yogurt - 2 cups, orange peel. 

Kefir with strawberries 
Cold yogurt mixed with mashed strawberries, honey or sugar syrup. You can add a pinch of cinnamon. 
A similar recipe is prepared yogurt with blueberries, blackberries and apples. 
For 1 serving: sour milk - 1 cup strawberries - 2-3 tablespoons of honey or sugar syrup - 1 tablespoon, cinnamon. 

Sour apple and orange 
In Electric mixer well crushed apple, after removing the core, add sugar syrup, orange juice and yogurt. Everything is mixed, poured into a glass and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Orange juice can be replaced with a cherry. 
For 1 serving: sour milk - 1 cup, apple - 1 pc., Sugar syrup - 20 g, orange juice - 40 ml, Walnut - 10 g. 

Milk-Beet Drink 
Beat the yogurt, add a little beet kvass, tomato juice, apple sauce and chopped parsley. In the finished drink add salt, sugar and pepper. Served in cups. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 100 g, beet kvass - 50 ml tomato juice - 15 ml, apple puree - 25 g greens of parsley - 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, pepper - to taste. 

Drink of the sour milk and vegetable juices 
Beat the yogurt and mix gradually, without stopping fluff with vegetable juices. Salt and cool. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 100 g, tomato juice - 50 ml, carrot juice - 50 ml Salt - to taste. 

Spicy drink of sour 
Carrots, celery, onions are washed, cleaned, crushed, squeezed the juice from them. Beat yogurt with tomato juice, add juice of roots and pounded garlic. The drink is filled with salt, black and red pepper, sugar. Served in cups. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 100 g, tomato juice - 50 ml, juice of roots - 50 ml, garlic, salt, pepper, ground black and red, sugar - to taste. 

Sweet buttermilk 
The drink is prepared from milk with sugar dissolved in it. Typically, adding no more than 5% of sugar to the total weight leavens milk. Sugar is better to make milk pasteurization in the form of a syrup by dissolving it in hot milk. 
At 900 g of milk: sugar - 50 g sourdough on pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria - 50 g. 

Sweet yogurt with cinnamon 
Before adding the milk cinnamon crushed into powder and sifted. Bulk fermented milk thoroughly stirred, to cinnamon would sink to the bottom and evenly distributed in the finished drink. Preparing sweet yogurt with cinnamon, add 6% sugar. 
For 1 liter of milk: Cinnamon - 1,5 g. 

Fizz 
Beat the yogurt and cool. Fill the glass up to half and then filled with cold soda water. Go to the table. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 100 g, sparkling water - 100 ml. 
Drink of the sour with fresh cucumbers 
Sour milk is cooled. Cucumbers washed and finely chopped. Yogurt mixed with herbs, salt to taste. Add cucumbers and stir. Served in cups with spoons. 
For 3 servings: buttermilk - 3 cups, cucumber - 250 g, finely chopped dill - 2 tablespoons salt - to taste.
