Recipes Fermented beverages (Part-02)

Spring drink 
Sour milk and whey is cooled. Radish washed, crushed. Mixed with whisk milk with whey, add radishes and chopped green onions. Salt to taste. Served immediately after cooking in high glasses. 
For 3 servings: buttermilk - 3 cups, radishes - 1 bunch, chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon, serum - 1 / 2 cup, salt - to taste. 

Drink of the natural whey 
Mix all ingredients in a blender, served with slices of edible ice. 
For 2 servings: serum - 2,5 glass, brine pickles - 1 / 2 cup, salt and sugar - to taste. 

Uzbek ayran 
Sour dilute cold boiled water and mix thoroughly. Pour into a glass or bowl and put ice. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 100 ml water - 100 ml, food ice - 1 cube. 

Swiss yogurt drink 
Yogurt Whip whisk, gradually adding the cooled broth. Mixed with chopped herbs, salt to taste. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with chopped nuts. The drink can also be made instead of soup. 
For 2 servings: yogurt - 2 cups, beef broth - 1 cup walnuts - 50 g greens of parsley - 2 tablespoons, bouillon cubes, salt - to taste. 

Drink yogurt with mushrooms 
Stirred whisk yogurt, gradually infusing into it chilled mushroom broth. In the finished drink add chopped greens, salt to taste. 
For 2 servings: Yoghurt - 2 cup, broth mushrooms - 1,5 glass, chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons, salt and pepper - to taste. 

Drink "Troika" 
Mixed with whisk yogurt, yogurt and buttermilk, salt, cool. Served in high glasses. 
For 2 servings: yogurt and buttermilk - 1,5 on the glass, buttermilk - 1 cup, salt - to taste. 

Drink yogurt and bread soup 
Yogurt is cooled, mix with bread soup. Salt to taste, serve immediately after cooking. If you want to get a drink with a pink tinge in the mixture add a few spoonfuls of beet kvass. 
For 4 servings: yogurt - 2 cups, kvass - 2 cups, salt - to taste.
