Recipes fermented drinks (Part-03)

Drink a refreshing yogurt 
Cooled yogurt and tomato juice, mixed in a mixer or whisk, adding both greens and marjoram. Salt to taste. Poured into glasses, then filled with carbonated water. 
For 2 servings: yogurt and soda or mineral water - by 1,5 cup, tomato juice - 1 cup, teaspoon marjoram, parsley or dill - 1 tablespoon salt - to taste. 

Drink apple with yogurt 
In yogurt, add sugar and mix well, put peeled and sliced thin slices or shredded on a coarse grater apples, stir and serve. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 150 ml, apples - 50 g, sugar - 15 г. 

Vanilla sour milk drink 
Thoroughly mix egg yolk, vanilla syrup, cold yogurt or yogurt, pour into a glass and serve. 
For 1 serving: kefir or yogurt - 150 ml vanilla syrup - 30 g, egg (yolk) - 1 pc. 

Cocktail yogurt-honey 
In a blender pour the chilled yogurt, add honey and beat for 1 minute. Apply immediately after cooking. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 150 g, honey - 20 g. 

Cocktail child "Fantasia" 
Put in a blender with red currant jelly, add the chilled yogurt, well beaten and immediately applied. For 1 serving: red currant jelly - 30 g, yogurt - 150 g 

Cocktail yogurt-tomato 
In a blender pour the chilled yogurt, tomato juice, add honey and beat for 1 minute. Apply immediately after cooking. 
For 1 serving: yogurt - 150 g tomato juice - 40 g, honey - 10 g.
