Famous Flip Juices

Flip White 
Egg (protein) - 1 pc., Gin - 20 ml, liquor - 20 ml cream - 60 g, milk - 60-100 ml, ice, food - 65, at 1 serving. 
Mix in a blender previously chilled gin, liqueur, egg white and milk. Add ice. The mixture is poured into a glass, add, without mixing, whipped cream. 

Flip milky wine 
Egg - 1 pc., Dry red wine - 100 ml, orange juice - 20 ml milk - 1 / 2 cup, sugar syrup - 1 tsp. At 1 serving. Combine all ingredients. 

Flip with cognac 
Egg - 1 pc., Brandy - 60 ml, orange juice - 20 ml, syrup, sugar - 1 teaspoon, ice, food - 65 g, nut grated nutmeg - a pinch. At 1 serving. 
All the components of good whip in a mixer. A mixture of strain into a glass and add the nutmeg. 

Champagne flip option I 
Eggs - 1 pc., Brandy - 0,5 ml dry white wine - 40 ml sugar syrup - 1 teaspoon, grated nutmeg nut - a pinch, champagne, ice, food - 65, at 1 serving. 
In blender mix well with chunks of ice brandy, dry white wine "Fetyaska, egg, sugar syrup. A mixture of strain into the glass (pieces of ice remain on the sieve). Add grated nutmeg, and add a glass of chilled champagne. 

Champagne flip option II 
Egg (yolk) - 1 pc., Liqueur "South" - 10 ml, orange syrup - 20 ml, champagne, ice, food - 65, at 1 serving. 
In blender mix well with chunks of ice, liquor, egg yolk, orange juice. A mixture of strain into a glass and add some chilled champagne. 

Flip with rum 
Egg - 1 pc., Rum - 60 ml lemon juice - 20 ml, syrup, sugar - 1 teaspoon, ice, food - 65, at 1 serving. 
Rum, egg, lemon juice and sugar syrup mix well with ice cubes. A mixture of strain in a glass or capacious glass. Garnish - lemon wedges. 

Flip red wine 
Egg - 1 pc., Brandy - 10 ml, dry red wine - 50 ml, sugar - 2 teaspoons, grated nutmeg nut - a pinch. At 1 serving. 
Mix in a blender, but without ice cubes, brandy, egg, dry red wine and sugar. A mixture of strain into a glass and add the nutmeg. Red wine can be preheated. 

Flip "Diamant" 
Egg (yolk) - 1 pc., Cherry liqueur - 40 ml, brandy - 10 ml, dessert wine - 10 ml. At 1 serving. All components of the whip in a mixer.
