Blended wines

In some cases, fruit wines benefit greatly if they are prepared from a mixture of juices of different cultures. Can be blended (mixed) also finished wine-materials. Here are a few recipes. 

Ryabinovoye wine (like dessert) 

Ingredients: Ash wine material - 8l 
apple wine-material - 2 l 
sugar 1,6 kg 

P yabinovo-currant wine (like dessert) 

Ingredients: Ash wine material - 5l 
red-currant wine-material - 5 liters 
sugar - 1,6 kg 

Honey-Ryabinovoye wine (like dessert) 

Ingredients: Ash wine material - 7 yrs 
apple wine-material-2 l 
honey - 1 liter 

Blackcurrant wine (dessert) 

Ingredients: black currant wine content - 8 l 
. bilberry wine-material - 2 l 
Sugar - 2 kg 

Red sweet 

Ingredients: cranberry wine material - 2,5 l 
apple wine material - 5 l 
blueberry wine material - 2,5 l 
Sugar - 1 kg 

The clarified wine materials blended after they were removed from the sediment. Then they are given two weeks to defend, shoot from the second draft, bottled, and kept sealed by a dessert wine ..
