Wine with Spices

Wine with Spices 

Required: 
1 / 2 liter of white wine 
1 / 2 liters of water, 
4.5 gvozdichek, 
piece of cinnamon 
2 egg yolks, 
1 tsp. sugar. 


Preparation: 
Wine mixed with water, add seasonings and boil. 
Spread egg yolks with sugar. Put the resulting egg-flip on the fire, and, still whisking, slowly add the hot wine mixture. Whips, until drink becomes frothy. 
Make sure it does not boil, otherwise the egg yolks can cook! 
Serve in bowls.
