Strawberry wine

Strawberry wine 

Required: 
In 900 gr: 
900 g strawberries 
100 gr 
sherry or Madeira 

Preparation: 
Berries must be in good condition: clean, dry and without leaves. Put the strawberries into sterilized bottles with wide neck, sprinkling sugar layers. Bottles (or cans) must be filled, but not overcrowded. 

Pour bottle sherry or Madeira, the liquid completely covers the berries. Tap the bottle on the edge of the table to get rid of air bubbles. Cork the bottle tightly and set aside for 2-3 days, then pour sherry, if necessary. Leave at least 2 weeks before opening, but better - for 1 month.
