Unclarified juice from fresh carrots



Carrots with a high content of carotene (type varieties Karotel, Nantes), thoroughly wash the brush, scrape and rubbed on a fine grater (more convenient to use a mechanical or electrical rubbing) and squeeze the juice under the press or juicer. The resulting juice is optional add some salt, acidified with citric acid to taste, pour into cans and sterilized in boiling water bath: banks with a capacity of 0,5 l - 30 min, 1 l - 45 min.
