Drink orange
Required:
Water - 1.5 L
zest of 3 oranges
Sugar - 1 kg
citric acid - 3 tsp
sparkling water - to taste
Preparation:
Finely chopped orange zest fill with boiling water. After one day remove the zest from the water and passed through a meat grinder. Again, put them into the same water, heating it, and insist another day, then strain the infusion through cheesecloth folded into several layers, heat and dissolve the sugar in it. When the syrup has cooled, add the citric acid. Stir. Giving to the table, to grow its carbonated or mineral water to taste.
