Cocktail "Little Red Riding Hood"

Cocktail "Little Red Riding Hood" 

Required: 
At 10 servings: 
300 g boiled milk cooling, 
200 g of strawberry syrup, 
100 grams of ice cream, 
100 g whipped cream 
50-70 g of sugar. 


Preparation: 
Milk, syrup, ice cream, whisk in a blender for 3-4 minutes. Pour into glasses. Separately, whisk the cream and place on top of each glass. Garnish with fresh strawberries or cherries. Serve on small plates, with coffee spoons and canapes with nut weight.
