Strawberry Liqueur
Required:
Strawberry 600 g
Sugar 300 g
Vodka 300 g
Preparation:
Good, ripe strawberries to put in a glass dish and serve them with a spoon. In the formed mass add sugar and pour the vodka. Combine mixture and put on gas for 20-30 minutes, then subtract the gas and keep on low heat for about 30-40 minutes. Then close the bowl and let stand for 3-4 days. Before use, filter.
