Apple juice

The pectin in apples has ant carcinogenic properties in the work of the stomach, preventing the development of cancer. Such a discovery made by American scientists from the Research Center for US Apple Association.

They found that the substance is pectin if the fruit juice from the formulation of butyrate increases, allowing activating the biological mechanisms responsible for the manufacture of antioxidants compounds. As explained by the chemists, fatty acid butyrate is the metabolite that ensures a healthy mucous membrane in the stomach. Butyrate not only serves as a major nutrient for the intestine epithelium, but also plays an important role in the protective effect of natural fiber against cancer of the digestive system.
