Juice from Grapefruit and Black currant

Ingredients: 1 grapefruit 
1 apple 
75 g of black currant 

Instructions: Serve in a high glass and sip slowly to get rid of stress and anxiety that you gnetut. 

Clear grypfrut and cut into pieces. Rinse black currants, and cleaned of branches. Cut an apple. Skip through the juicer first, black currant, grapefruit and apple then. Mix all the juices in the glass, and serve, decorated a small sprig of black currant.
