CSR Since watermelons, raspberries and mint

For 2 servings: 
4-5 branches of mint 
500 g (1 lb) watermelon, cleaned of skin and cut into pieces 
175 g (6 oz) raspberries 
a pinch of powdered sugar to taste

If you prefer, you can pre-frozen pieces of watermelon and raspberries, to get a semi-liquid fruit ice. Before you make the juice, berries need a little release. 


Roll and crumple myatu in the ball, push through the juicer. Then skip the pieces of watermelon, then raspberries. Stir and sweeten if necessary. 

Notes 

Juice can be made in the blender. Clean watermelon from bones and cut into pieces, cut myatu and join in the blender or food processors. Wipe through a sieve if you want to get rid of the flesh, and drink through a tube.
