Juices against aging

The team of scientists from the University of Glasgow conducted a study, which was intended to once again prove the benefits of antioxidants for the human body. Antioxidants - are substances that reduce the damaging effects of free radicals - the main source of disease and aging - in the cells of the body. According to the study, the inclusion of fruit juices in the diet reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease and other diseases.

The scientists analyzed the chemical composition of several kinds of juice and count the number of antioxidants contained in them. The researchers found that grape, apple and cranberry juices contained high amount of useful chemical compounds.

Particular attention is drawn to the presence of scientists in the juices of chemical compounds - polyphones. Previously it was shown those polyphones, powerful antioxidants, destroying free radicals and helping people to regain health, preventing chronic diseases.

The study showed that grape juice contains the highest number of a variety of polyphones, as well as stock what juices should drink to resist equivalent to the recently found in red wines of Bordeaux.

Not all juices are equally useful. However, the addition of a daily diet of grape, grapefruit, apple with cranberry juice and pulp, you increase the number of antioxidants in the body, helping it cope with many chronic diseases.
