Carrot-cream cocktail


Ingredients:

1 carrot 

1 apple 
1 egg yolk 
2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil 
Juice of 1 lemon 
100 g sour cream 

Salt, sugar, pepper to taste 

Preparation:

Whisk egg yolk with oil, lemon juice and liquid cream. Salt and pepper to taste, and can be sweetened. Peeled apple grate, and enter into the mixture so that it is not dimmed. There also add grated carrot on a small grater.
