Universal thing for New Year's table - and champagne and dessert and a good freshener after a chic New Year's table. Sorbet has a pleasant, refreshing taste, serve it in beautiful glasses, decorated with mint leaves!
• 1,5 st. sugar
• 1,5 st. water
• zest of 1 lemon (grind)
• 1,3 st. lemon juice
• 3 tbsp vodka
• mint leaves
Mix the water with the sugar and bring to a boil, cook a few minutes, then add the lemon zest, mint leaves, leave it for cooling. Then add the vodka and lemon juice, stir and place in freezer. When the mass is almost frozen, take a mixer or blender and whip it. Put again and again whisk. Store the sorbet in the freezer before serving. Spread sorbet into glasses, top up with champagne and garnish with mint leaves can be fresh fruit, berries.
