Apple-marzipan milkshake

We offer you recipe cocktails, which can be cooked as a dessert. 

Products per 1 serving: 40 g of raw marzipan mass, W teaspoons of powdered sugar, 1 / 2 sour apples, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 0,175 liters of chilled milk, chocolate chips for decoration. 

About a quarter of marzipan mass mixed with 2 tsp of powdered sugar and roll into a layer thickness of about 5 mm. Cut from it 2 stars. 

Wash apple, cut into 4 pieces and remove the core with seeds. Cut one thin slice of apple for decoration. The rest of the apple peel, cut into chunks and put in blender. Add lemon juice, the remaining powdered sugar and marzipan mass. Pour half servings of milk. Mixer closes and beat the contents for 15 seconds. Then add the remaining milk in a blender and whip still 10 seconds. Ready to pour a drink into the glass. 

Marzipan star and a slice of apple incision and attached to the edge of the glass. Sprinkle chocolate chips and drink to the table with a straw to drink.
