Ash Juice


Rowan 1kg, 200g sugar, 1 cup of boiled wate

If the ash was going to frost, the berries are put in a polyethylene bag and hide in the freezer for 3 days to remove the bitterness. 
Then the berries are crushed - pass through a meat grinder, or better, scroll to the blender. 
Pour in 1 cup of puree cooled boiled water and stir. 
Wring out the juice first through a cheesecloth, and then the second time - through a more dense tissue. 
Pour sugar. 
Bring juice to a boil, taste, and if necessary top up more sugar to taste. 
Remove the foam and pour into prepared jars. 
Hermetically ukuporit and wrap in a blanket.
