Pineapple and Grapefruit Diet

This time we present you with a diet where their main base is pineapple and grapefruit. Of course, alternating these fruits with other foods.

The duration of the diet is one week, and you can download 2 or 3 kilos.

"The first three days you should eat only grapefruit or pineapple juice or fruit.
"The remaining four days are allowed for a balanced diet, with meat, fish, eggs and salad, cooked with very little oil.
"The grapefruit (or pineapple) must be included for dessert.
- Can not take sugar or alcohol. .

Do not prolong the days indicated, since the case involves a low calorie diet. The weight lost is recovered easily.

The diet is not recommended for people suffering from urinary tract infection and diabetes.
