Liquefied Mango Raisin, Nourishes Senior

Ingredients: 

* 1 cup Mango Chopped 
* 2 tablespoons of raisins 
* ½ cup skim milk

Procedure: 

1 .- Lucia a minute mango with remaining ingredients.
