Grapefruit juice, celery, parsley and squash for leg pain (poor circulation)

Ingredients: 
* 2 Grapefruit 
* 2 Branches of Celery 
* 2 Branches of Perejil 
* ½ chayote 

In preparation: 
1 .- Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables perfectly. 
2 .- Leave the grapefruit in half and get its juice. 
3 .- In the middle of the extractor passes chayote and its two branches of celery. 
4 .- Blend well the juice of grapefruit, the chayote with celery and add the parsley. 
5 .- If you want you can strain your juice or taking it as it stays in your blender. 
6 .- We recommend drinking it immediately to take all their nutrients.
