Carrot juice, celery and Sugar Beets to strengthen defenses 

Ingredients 

6 carrots 
2 Sugar Beets 
2 sticks celery 
In preparation 

1 .- Disinfect the vegetables, and remove the ends of the carrots and the beets. 
2 .- Go through your extractor vegetables. 
3 .- juice Stir well and take small sips. 
4 .- You can add some ice to taste. 
5 .- This drink is very rich and super-nutritious, you can take in the morning for a week.

Properties Sugar Beets
