Ingredients: 3 / 4 tbsp. tablespoons gelatin 1 / 2 cup of water, 2.5 cups milk, 3 tbsp. tablespoons sugar, vanilla.
Preparation
Pour gelatin powder with boiled water, soak it until tender for 30 minutes and spun. Boil the milk, put in sugar, give it to a boil, then removing from heat and stir to dissolve gelatin in it pressed. When the mass has cooled slightly, add the vanilla to taste, stir, strain through a cloth or sieve frequent in tins (or cups) and put in a cool place. Before serving, omit the mold for 2-3 seconds in hot water and put jelly on chilled plates.
