ALCOHOL COCKTAIL : Egg-FOOT "NCSA"

Ingredients: 
- Kefir -200 ml 
- Fresh blueberries - 200 g 
- Egg Liqueur - 100 ml 
- Brandy - 60 ml 
- Egg - 1 pc. 
- Grated white chocolate - 50 g 
Preparation: 
Take a few fresh blueberries, squeeze out the juice and mix it with egg liqueur. Then pour in the mixture of yogurt, a little brandy and break one egg. The resulting mixture was beat with a mixer until foaming. Pour the cocktail into glasses and sprinkle with grated white chocolate. Serve chilled cocktail at the table.
