Ingredients :
1kg biscuit black (rye) bread,
1 bunch mint,
1 / 2 sticks of yeast;
1 tbsp. flour;
100 g of raisins;
100 g of sugar,
Preparation :
Chop biscuits smaller. A bunch of fresh mint parboiled (about 2 1 / 2 liter), allow to cool. Then remove the mint, and pour in the water crackers and pour into yeast, pre-diluted in warm water with 1 tbsp. flour. Cover the dish with a lid and let stand for 12-15 h in a warm place. Then pour in half-liter bottles, each set of 2-3 raisins and 1 teaspoon sugar. Bottles tightly resealed and put in the cold.
