Cherry juices a great drink for toning

Cherry juice can recuperate after strenuous. These conclusions were drawn from the experiment with the participation of the marathon in London. Those runners, who drank the cherry juice before the event and after it, restored the state of the body much faster than the runners, which were restored with placebo.
In this experiment, 20 runners took part. Directed by Dr. Glyn Hautson. Research status of marathon runners has shown that the body's ability to cope with physically demanding and quickly return to normal depends on the level of antioxidants antotsinov. These substances are contained in large quantities in the cherry juice.
Athletes were divided into two experimental groups. One of them saw a natural cherry juice without sugar. Others are used placebo. All athletes drank cherry juice and placebo for five days before the race and two days later. As evidenced by data collected by British researchers, runners drank cherry juice, have restored power much faster than marathon runners, who drank a placebo.
In other words, British scientists are confident that cherry juice is more effective than placebo, a means to recuperate. Moreover, they argue that cherry effectively reduces the risk of such diseases as arthritis.
