Drink mint Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 st.l water
2-3 sprigs of fresh peppermint
2 tsp sugar
ice
40 ml of birch sap
10 ml lemon juice
2 tsp honey
lemon
Preparation:
At one serving: pour a glass of water, dissolve sugar in it. Add sprigs of mint and mash it with a spoon, then drain and remove the mint. Next, a glass 3 / 4 to fill the crushed ice, pour the strained mint syrup, birch and lemon juice and honey mix well. Add a slice of lemon, served with slightly melted ice.
