Cocktail with Ice Cream favorite sweetness

Ingredients:
250 ml of juice with pulp
2-3 tablespoons berry jam
4 egg yolks
200 g cream
Preparation:
Juice with pulp (to taste - pineapple, apricot, peach or other) per-cooled. Then add the marmalade, egg yolks and cream. All Mix thoroughly with a mixer at high speed (1-2 minutes).. The resulting cocktail pours into glasses and serves with ice cubes and drinking straw.
