Tiramisu

This weekend I invite you to enjoy unparalleled alcoholic cocktails based on Baylis liqueur and coffee. 
Ingredients for two persons: 
1 / 4 cup espresso 
110 ml (4 ounces) Baylis 
1 / 3 cup mascarpone (Italian cream cheese) 
2 teaspoons vanilla, chocolate or coffee cream 
2-4 ice cubes 
2 soft cookies (such as ladies' fingers) wafer or a sand 
Chocolate-nut filling 
Chocolate syrup 
Mix in a blender espresso, Baylis, mascarpone, ice until smooth. Pour chocolate syrup glasses. Pour the mixture from the blender. Put the cookies in chocolate and nut paste. Dipping biscuits in cocktails.
