Italian Mojito

60 ml white rum 
60 ml Italian fizzy wine Proseco 
15 ml lime juice 
1 teaspoon brown sugar 
1 teaspoon sugar syrup 
1 sprig fresh mint 

In Highball put mint leaves, sugar, add syrup and lime juice and stir. Add ice cubes, pour the rum, pour all the Italian sparkling wine. Stir it all right in the glass. Decorate with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
