Cocktail Drinks Tips

Could it be that the bar end with some of the ingredients: an inexperienced bartender at the same time can stop doing certain types of cocktails, but only because they lack the necessary products, but an experienced bartender is unlikely to do so. Many substances have a similar taste or look the same, especially when mixed with others. So for bartenders: sometimes it is possible to depart from the standard recipe of cocktails, to bar visitors: be careful, and sometimes you may file is not what expected.

Gin - Vodka 
Gin and vodka to taste quite different, but their color and clarity are very similar, and few people can notice the substitution. 

Rye - Bourbons / Blended Whisky 
It works only in cocktails. If the client requests a pure rye whiskey, you can not pour it clean Bourbon! Know that between whiskey and bourbon we actually many differences, and any fan will know them. 

White Tequila - Gold Tequila 
They have different shades, but the taste is similar, so if used in pure form, it can safely substitute one for another. 

Rum - Tequila 
The most visible and successful alternatives: white rum and white tequila, rum and gold gold tequila. The taste is different, but the drink is in any case, good. Do not allow yourself too much with these substances to better prepare cocktails. 

Spirits - Liqueur 
Dry schnapps is similar to vodka to taste, but instead it is not used, but the liquors you can safely replace the sweet varieties of schnapps. 

Essential ingredients: 

Tonic - Club Soda 
They have different tastes! Carbonated water (club soda) has no special taste, it just filled with carbon dioxide. Tonic, in turn, has a taste of Bitter (ever since it contains quinine), it can affect the taste of the drink as a whole. 

Scotch - Another brand of rye whiskey 
Scotch has a unique and distinct taste, they can not be replaced by any other kind of whiskey or other alcohol.
