Singapore Sling

In the early 1900's, Ngiam Tong Boon from the hotel Raffles Hotel in Singapore for the first time mixing this cocktail. Slings previously diluted with cold water, because they will contain a sugar syrup, sugar or sweet liqueur, and in its pure form are sugary-sweet, now they just make a lot of ice and poured into a glass with ice. Cocktail recipes from this category, many "Singapore Sling" most probably known. There are several variations of this recipe, without a club-soda, a sweet liqueur, with Angostura adding a variety of juices, but I'm introducing you this:
40 ml gin
30 ml lemon juice
7 ml sugar syrup
1.5 tsp caster sugar
60 ml of Club Soda
15 ml cherry brandy
Cherry

Gin, lemon juice, syrup and pour powder into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well, pour in a Highball. Pour club soda, then on the back of a bar spoon pour in brandy, garnish with cherries.
