Apple Mojito

40 ml Bacardi apple rum 
12 fresh mint leaves 
half lime 
7 parts Club Soda 
2 teaspoons simple syrup or 4 tsp sugar 
sprigs of mint for decoration 

Breaking mint leaves, cut lemon, put it all in glass. Serve with syrup, fill glass with ice. Add top rum and club soda, stir directly into the glass.
