Lemonade saffron and ginger

Ingredients: juice of 4 lemons
75 g fine sugar
2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled
1 tbsp saffron
Preparation: Combine in a jar lemon juice, sugar and a little salt to taste. Squeeze the ginger and   add to the lemon. Add the saffron in a jug, pour 500 ml of cold water. Serve with ice in a glass with salt edge.
In this recipe, you can not use sugar, or to replace it with honey. Pinch of ground cardamom will give the drink a spicy taste.
