Kvas home

I want to share with you the recipe of the home kvass birch sap. My grandfather and grandmother always cooked it in the spring (AKURAT at this time). Santa no longer exists, and my grandmother still treats us to this insanely delicious drink. That's just from the village, with the heat, with heat; hot on the trail you post the recipe, nothing has forgotten... 


First, make collect birch sap, and then poured into a large bowl, bucket, jug, concrete ... add dry - apples, rosehips, roasted barley grain, dried balm - for the smell. All this is advocated in a cool place for several days. Taste and smell an unusual, good thirst quencher, and, mind you, kvass very useful for the intestine and alimentary tract. Drink to your health!
